Individual instruction is integral in developing and deepening ones understanding of Yoga. A personalized Yoga practice can be designed from the assessment of your goals, needs and visions. We consider any injuries or illnesses that you may have and whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, heal an injury, improve your health or develop your spirituality. Private lessons provide a setting in which these can be completely addressed. Learning and practicing Asanas(postures) and Pranayamas (breathing exercises) at your own place and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga. This integral approach to private yoga classes is intended to give you access to more of the diverse teachings and techniques that the yoga system has to offer. When practiced and understood holistically, yoga becomes even more beneficial and helpful for humanity in bringing harmony and balance to our lives, families and to society. I will work with you to understand your needs and to accommodate your schedule. I emphasize privacy, and focus specific attention to your growth. Private sessions can be a great opportunity to bring the ancient practices of Yoga into your life. A programme can be tailored to your own needs. The sessions will be designed specifically for you and will focus on exercises for your body type, taking into consideration your fitness level, stress level, and your personal health and goals. Classes are private and confidential, and save you the awkwardness of doing yoga in front of strangers at a gym or any other crowded facility. You'll get more hands on attention than you would ever get at a public class. Private Group sessions Alternatively you can have a private group session giving you the opportunity to work with one of our teachers in a very small group. The group could be you and your family, a couple of your friends or even colleagues An individual yoga lesson tailored to your needs. An hour of nurture and care for you and your body, leaving you feeling invigorated and refreshed. We can focus on breathing and relaxation, flexibility in particular parts of the body, or ways to help you find a general sense of well-being through yoga. Over a number of lessons we can develop a sequence for you to learn and practise at home on your own, helping you make the benefits of yoga part of your everyday life. Sessions will take place in the comfort of your own home or another location of your choice. Sessions are booked in advance
