Whilst doing all this you will able to enter competitions, test your ability by partaking in grading examinations to gain ever increasing rank shown by the color of belt that you wear. All students follow the Kung Fu – Zeo Do (Full Contact) Nicosia Lessons grading syllabus, which covers basic techniques, patterns, set sparring, pad work, free sparring, full contact fights and competitions ( of course, after learning period who has the necessary skills and wants to participate in international competition may make it !)
